After your indexing application has been submitted for processing, continue with appropriate option below to be redirected to secure payment form. Include primary indexing applicant's name and contact email on payment form.
Once payment has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent and you will receive an invoice receipt for you to keep for your records. You will be notified when your payment has been received and when your indexing application has been fully processed.
